I love listening to other musos play and record, the good the bad the indifferent, its all good, because people are having a go, enjoying themselves, and hopefully not taking it all too seriously. I am always popping away at something but i dont usually put it on the net, although i have some tracks out there.
Anyone like to have a go? throw a link to your tune.
It would be especially good to hear some of these kits in full flight.

Awesome. Love the arpeggiated chord progression. Sounding really good. PBG-2 is definitely on my wish list.

Nice tunes Tony, when i got a bit more time i'll skulk around your soundcloud a bit more I think.
While i am off topic....I've been meaning to ask you, is there any particular way you can make PBG pickups become awesome? or are they limited due to their design

Which track in particular? I won't remember exactly, but based on the age I will know which guitar is likely to be. (But none of them will be a Strat, the (as yet to be completed) 12 string is the first Strat-style I have ever owned.

It should have the name of your account in the link instead of 'you'

Cheers, yeah I guess I got influenced quite a bit from AC/DC and Led Zeppelin, been trying to learn how to play Moby Dick from some guitar tab, managed to learn the main riffs but there's still more for me to learn, I have listened to a bit of Grinspoon on Rage previously, I should get into them a bit more, they're Australian aren't they?, I should do more to support Aussie bands.

yeah Grinspoon are from Lismore NSW. I learnt about 8 tracks of the first album "Better Guide To Living" by ear and some TAB, love drop D tunes.
Practice Moby Dick and you will get up to speed. You have most of the basic notes there

This is actually pretty cool, I like funky vibe you got in it....cheers.
I need to try making some guitar instrumental stuff, might do that once I've got my PBG STA-1M kit finished, and see what I can come up with, might even do some stuff that features my diy built MkI and MKII Tonebender pedals, I'll have to get my Squire P-Bass back from uni so I can lay down some basslines with it.

Lovin the groove on that track Tony.
This is a fun thread. Really cool listening to what other people are doing. Since we're baring our Soundclouds, this is mine:

Haven't used it in a while. There are a few original things in there but it's mostly parody covers based on inane in-jokes made for friends and co-workers.

That one sounds cool too, I can definitely hear a psychedelic vibe in it, to me it sounds like what I imagine the Syd Barrett era Pink Floyd might have sounded like if they had started nowadays.
I sometimes like doing some experimental electronica stuff where I just throw something together and see what happens, this particular track is a good example of my more experimental side, I had made a little electronic noise making device called a Weird Sound Generator and thought I'd record it into FL studio, add some plugins and see what I'd get, and I got this as a result:

Bit hot here to be in the shed so acouple of beers and some sketch tracking
Just layed this track down, rhythm and lead guitar over a basic drum, its just a rough using my baritone, and mixed old school, with real faders haha.
Rough as guts and i have alot of work to do on it, but it shows that baritones can be used in a number of environments, from playing bottom end, to soloing, the gauge of the strings make it nice and hard to bend
