Just a suggestion, what about a guitar like the Charvel Star, Jackson Warrior, BC Rich Stealth etc?

I'd be seriously interested in a Dean ML kit mainly because Dimebag Darrell was (is) a hero of mine since I was really young. Probably don't need the floyd bridge like the Dimebag models for reasons DB mentioned in another post. This is a guitar of mine and it's great, probably the guitar I play the most, so if I could get a kit version of this i would be a really happy man!!!

Throw a Floyd on it and any Pantera fan (like myself) will be happy!

You are absolutely right, I should get out of my little comfort zone and muck about with a floyd.

It's fun! Lots of fun! But stuff up the setup and it's a nightmare

Yeah, could make to the specs of the Tribute ML for a more basic setup :)

Surely you want Bjorn's star guitar!

no thanks Fretty ! Although I have a scratch pine star guitar shaped body (more like the 1st pic Zac posted in this thread) that has sat in a pile for 2 or 3 years. It was a cool idea at the time

Couldn't agree more DB, but the guys stage name was Lucky Starr and he did have a hit or two

FYI. he did not write I've Been Everywhere, that was written by Geoff "Tangle Tongue" Mack who back in the day was incredible to work with and according to his website still working

Of course, if you have a star guitar, you owe Bootsy royalties.
