Amazing the strength they built into it, though there aren't any strap buttons.

How integral is the pickguard to the resonance?

yeah how the hell did they get all the hardware to stay put? i wonder how long the neck would stay straight too?

I'd guess the whole thing has been stabilised with epoxy of something similar and it looks like the parts where the hardware is fixed have been filled with epoxy or something similar. I'm very impressed with how it sounds.

What an awesome experiment. I'll have to figure out how to rebirth all the cardboard I recycle every week

One would think it would be really quick to play though if finished properly as there is a flat area where the truss rod is and most of the neck is air so you are essentially moving your hands across more air than paper... Just food for thought....
