40 years my gosh where has time gone. I think my mid life crisis is due any time now :)
Wow, 40 years, where did they go?. Bohemian Rhapsody is one of those "I remember where I was when..." moments. Which of course was.. in front of the TV watching Countdown.
As much as I genuinely love this track, this David Bowie track made such an impression on me at around that time. I know it's been done to death in TV Ads and the like, but can you remember first seeing this:

1974 & killer queen really stuck in my head. On the car radio on the journey to school. I still love this track same as back then and the only queen track I can play on guitar :)

Man I love pulling out an axe to play the Bohemian Rhapsody solo, always fun to play! Killer song too, one of my all time favourites!

There's this story about when Queen were in the studio recording Bohemian Rhapsody, when they were recording the tracks for the rich harmony parts they recorded so many overdubs that the tape wore out to the point where it was almost translucent.
