Hi Guys,
Was mocking up the guitar so I could begin glueing the neck. I'm not sure if these measurements seems right to you.

The Nut to 12th Fret is around the 305 mm mark
12th Fret to saddle pushed all the way forward gives me around 322mm.

Does this seem correct?

*PS: Strings are inverted due to being left handed guitar.

Devon you need to measure to centre of 12th fret not the fret marker. You should find nut to 12th fret about 313mm. Now check Centre of 12th fret to bridge will be less than 322mm. Probably will measure about 315mm which is spot on for low E string as long as saddles have movement so Centre them and measure.
Purple finish looking great

ohhhh to the actual fret wire.
Yeah 313mm from the nut.
312mm ish to the forward saddle.
That's an awesome tolerance.

Thanks Woks.

PS. One thing I did learn about this whole debarkle is that some jerk at the factory set up the tune o matic on my over $1K Epi Les Paul backwards!!! The screws are all facing the neck. Grrrr

I like the purple man, headstock came out sweet too. You should be able to take the retaining spring out of your TOM bridge and drop the saddles in the right way no dramas.

They can go either way. You set them up which ever way makes it easier to access the screws. The you just need to make sure that the grooves are set up right for the strings, but as Bargey said it is "relatively" easy to flip them around. And you may need to do this to get the intonation correct anyway.
