And by that I mean in 'flatpack'. So a pre cut cabinet, unfinished, out of ply, in a simple 2x12 config.

Maybe try something a friend did last year in woodwork, use magnets for the weaker joints and use like a finger joint that has reinforcement that also easily connects?

It would be easy enough to convert both of those combo's to just spkr cabs by installing a sold back, and cut a 80cm diam breather in either the back or front.
