hi,

anyone installed a brass nut on the es-1g?? If so any particular brand that fits without too much grief...
also don't suppose anyone has dimensions for the es-1g specifically from the centre of the tail peice to the rear strap pin hole.

Cheers

Hey I noticed 4 types of brass nuts on realparts, did you go for the Gibson one?

Approx 205mm.

The Gibson would be the closest match (but may not be perfect, and is perhaps .8mm too long), the other three are Fender style. Shame they don't stock G-style blanks too.

Yeah, the Gibson one is near perfect...just may need to take it down a bit, but sandpaper works well with the brass.

Thanks again!

Hope you don't mind but I may have a few other questions down the line... I'm only comfortable with electronics, but everything else in the build is new to me.
You seem very experienced and I wouldn't mind picking ya brain on a few things.

Thanks again mate.
