My first guitar build is complete!

All parts stock except for the some locking tuners, a black pearloid back plate and a Black Tusq nut.

Body is finished in Wudtone Surfer Girl Green with gloss and aging and the neck in Wudtone Vintage Amber.
Took me a little of 2 months to complete it as I did quite a number of coats.

I ordered a custom headstock decal from the UK and got the neck plate engraved for some added touches.

Very happy with the finished product, and after I had it set up - it does sound quite remarkable for the price!

I'm already thinking about which one to build next....

Father and son project finally finished after several months which was also my first build.

ST-1JR and STA-1 both finished in Dingotone Outback Sunset on the body and Acacia Neck finish on the neck and headstock.
My sons ST-1JR is totally stock whereas the STA-1 had it's wiring redone into a pearl pickguard with Tonerider Pure Vintage Pickups with the back plate also in white pearl and the machine heads replaced with Grover Locking machine heads.

No major headaches with the worst being the angle of neck joint on the ST-1JR with the neck pulling the strings hard against the fretboard. After some measuring and and sanding a nice angle was achieved getting the strings to a nice height off of the fretboard.

Now as a drummer, I had better learn to play them properly!

My next build is ready to start and have plans for a couple more to come
