hi guys,

Not *quite* finished yet (still waiting for that damn truss rod cover) but here's a sound sample from the florentine. It's a really nice guitar to play - very light - and the GFS Dream 180 pickups pack a punch. Anyway, see what you think.

I really need to learn some new material before doing this again ;).

cheers,
Gav.

It sounds damn fine Gav. Plenty of colour and crunch when cranked. I would still like to play some jazz on it. New material? Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to learn something jazzy for the next demo.

Great sound. I'm with Lawry, a little George Benson style would be nice!!!

well done Gav, sounds and looks great, those pups sound good distorted, there was some new material played, The Cult King Contrary Man.
You must be really stoked at the results and I think you have a very good chance for April GOTM or on the podium at least !

Thanks guys for the kind words. @Wokka - kudos for recognising King Contrary Man. One of my favourite Cult tracks!!

cheers,
Gav.

Hi Gav, yes The Cult Electric was in my early CD collection, love that album played really loud. Billy Duffy is a very talented axe player.
Look forward to the next RC video installment, maybe you already have posted it, I'm catching up with the forum still
