Hi from Hobart

New to the guitar building scene. Stuffed around with acoustics for forty odd years. Learnt more in the past 12 months than anytime before. Thank god for the inter web.
Just ordered a ST -1 kit. A winter project at this stage.

Welcome Dengreg, good kit to start with the ST-1 (only 3 solder joins required !), I've built close to 10 of these kits and can do it blindfolded now so ask any questions you like.
Why wait till winter ? Once you start the build you will want another........and another so be warned !
Look forward to seeing the build diary. What colours you got in mind ? plenty of good wudtone stain colours we can recommend. Please post a pic so we can see what the basswood grain is like.
I'm a Freo fan so lastnights Scorchers win was welcomed !
