Bit like me weeping after hearing you play Lawry.
I may be able to build a kit guitar but it doesn't make me play any better.
Thank goodness most rock songs are built around 3 chords!!

good score Andy, I have my ebay password etched in my brain now in case I'm not in front of a PC when a PBG auction closes !
What colours you got in mind ?

Hey Wokka, could have that password tattooed to ya forehead...
....in reverse so you can read it in the car mirror!! :D
Still not 100% settled on the colour yet, but I do like this.
Vintage sunburst, now that would be a challenge!!

nice idea Andy, might get a few funny looks with reverse font tattooed to my forehead !
yes vintage sunburst looks excellent, sure DB can suggest a wudtone sunburst kit that would be similar in colour. After seeing your ES-1GT you can do anything Andy, sunbursts aren't that hard.

A lot of people weep after hearing me play. Others just outright cry.
I'm weeping when I think how much money we lost on that sale. Oh well, it couldn't have gone to a better home.

Has to be Joan Jett white with a black pickguard, surely.

Joan Jett's melody maker is the only guitar I think of when I see those double cutaways.

I like your choice of a vintage brown look, Andy - it's a nod in the direction of how guitars were finished during the early 20th century.
