Sorry. This video is not valid. You can't make a video on the evolution of guitar solo's and not include Sir David Gilmore.

Maybe as good as the guy playing is, you just can't replicate Gilmore. =)

Thanks for posting, I enjoyed it even though it had its flaws.

Haha, Fretworn, I watched that vid at the same time as I found the first one. Seriously excellent guitar work, right down to nailing the tone for each riff.

Danmade, I completely agree, a travesty. Sir David Gilmore might not be the flashiest of players, but he is all class. Best left hand in the business, those bends...

I very much like the "Learn and instrument because it's fun" bit. Also, nice, but also, agree that Dave Gilmour should've been in there somewhere!
