Hi guys

Have been looking at buying a kit for for awhile to add to the collection so took the plunge and ordered a IC-1 for my nephew as a trial build.

Finished it today and handed off to the nephew (reluctantly)and would have to agree that this is addictive. The original plan was to fit it in as I had time, but everything else has seemed to have to fit in around the time working on the build.
Already trying to decide between explorer or PR for the next one.

Found these forums more than helpfull, every time I was scratching my head over something I found it here so thanks.

Tony.

Hi Tony. You can't come in here and tease us with news of your newly fininished guitar and not give us some pic's.:)

I agree it is addictive, the build can be more fun than playing the finished product.

Welcome and I hope your nephew enjoys his new axe.

Edit.. I just saw your other post with the photos. Cracking effort for a first build mate.

Great looking guitar! I've been keen to see one of those kits finished, not disappointed.

Hi Tony, and welcome to the PBG family. Your nephew is a lucky boy/man, that guitar looks sweet. And yes, it is a very addictive and rewarding pastime.

Cheers
