Dont forget to colour the jack recess!

Probably need to put some colour into the bridge recess as well Gav. I remember on the SV-1 you can see quite a bit of wood behind and under the floating bridge.

OK that answers that question I had about there being a jack plate.....

No jack plate on this.. :(. Thought I'd try fitting a Fender Boat Jack but wont fit. Never was an engineering type!!

Thanks for the head-up on the bridge and jack painting....thank goodness for the forum!!!

Here's an Ibanez, which is similar to the one our IB kit is modelled on, and you can see there's no jack plate and also that the bridge cavity has been painted.
