Gang, I am very excited about our band's latest purchase, a Jam Hub (Bedroom version). This is a 4 channel hub that allows silent practice (assuming you've got an electronic kit).

You each take up a channel with instrument and mic and you can mix your own levels and the other guy's to your own preference. Volume is pretty reasonable and the sound is so clear it's ridiculous.

Our band, The Coburn Sound, used this for the first time last night and it worked so well, there's no way we'd go back to 'normal' rehearsal (stinky, hot rehearsal room, lugging heavy gear, ear aching volume, etc.)

Can't recommend highly enough.

Here us a photo of the band with the small unit (hard to spot) behind Keith (drummer).
