    Truss rod question

Taking my sweet time with my KH-1 kit (not in a rush at all).
I have a question about the truss rod. I released the tension from the truss rod (loosening it) to eliminate the backbow in the neck (for fret work).
Turning the truss rod, now, I don't feel any tension on the screw but there is still some very slight backbow when I check it with a notched straight edge.

is the truss rod 2 way action ? Can I keep on turning it looser and will this give a negative tension?
In other words can I keep on turning or will this break something?

    Kind regards....

Yep, kit truss rods are two way action, if you keep turning it will reverse the bow direction of the rod. Best to do ti in small increments and give the neck time to settle into the new tensions.
