Welcome Tetra, nice looking kit with that spalted top.
Wondering what you plans are for colour scheme and finish?
    Cheers, Waz

I plan on using a dark gray stain on the body and try and get a super glossy finish and then I think I might just leave the neck natural. I don’t like a glossy neck, I feel like I’m always sticking to it. I haven’t got that far in the how tos/faq’s on this forum but I’m thinking maybe linseed oil or mineral spirits on the neck and headstock.

Well it took two years and a pandemic to get it done but it’s done.

Normally I don't like that style of bass, but yours might make me change my mind!

    How does it play?
Mantra: No more pedals, must finish BlueyCaster...
Disclaimer: I haven't done woodwork since high school, and wasn't really paying attention at the time ...

It’s my first build and I think it plays great. Need a couple adjustments but other than that I’m happy with the result.
