Good video on stolen gear from Scott Devine (Scott's Bass Lessons)

Just watched this - I've never had stuff stolen, but gives some ideas (most are pretty commonsense), but when you've lost something, common sense and straightforward can go out the window...

    Don't let DB see that.

    Apparently Bass Players aren't muso's...

You would have thought someone like him would know not to leave instruments in a car, and not just for security risk, as too much heat or cold and or moisture is not good.

I guess it's easy to get complacent.

Removing all my gear from the car as soon as I'm home is a routine.
Even with it all insured for theft it's still over a couple of grand to replace it.

    cheers, Mark.

I had my bass head stolen years ago from the car after a gig, fingerprints identified the culprit but the police couldn't find it. One of my best mates, British army judo champion, popped around to the house and I had it back within the hour.....

This is a cool video. Good for people who haven't done it and wish to prevent it from happening. Thanks for sharing
