Just finished mock up of TL1 kit
Was going well until installing tuners and found issues with the holes not being in line.
Any suggestions as to the best fix would be appreciated. Also after the best way to line up the bridge. Cheers 😊🎸

This is an on-going issue that the manufacturer is reminded of and ignores.
Doweling and re-drilling is the way to go.
Tip: make sure you mark the holes accurately and drill from the front to avert any mis-alignment.
I prefer to start with a small drill bit and gradually increase the size.

edit: Of course this may lead to the joys of 'veneer for beginners'.

    cheers, Mark.

Thanks Mark . Great solution as I was going to round file the holes but was worried the affect it would have on the tuners if it became too sloppy.
Any tips on aligning the bridge?

For the bridge you should consult the guide.

I would include stringing the 2 E tuners as well as the other measurements, so you'd probably be best to sort out the tuner hole problem first.

    cheers, Mark.

Thanks again, I was thinking along the same line, so headstock issues first.
Should leave plenty of time for body work !
