Depends on where you are Ed.
I buy from time to time from a couple of local timber merchants in Sydney, Anagote timbers in Marrickville and Crescent Timber and hardware in Annandale. Be aware that Anagote will sell you cut lengths, but Crescent will sell only by the complete stick (sometimes up to 3M lineal). This is of no use to you if you aren't in Sydney though.
I've also had some good luck using eBay vendors, curlypete1 and max_sawdust, but that is mainly for neck blanks and tops.
If you can put up with the shipping then Stewmac can help with body blanks, but not in the materials you've specified from memory.

Don't limit yourself to traditional guitar woods. Any hardwood is totally fine for making guitar bodies. If you're testing out CNC files, get $10 worth of pine, glue it up into a blank and run the file on that rather than stuffing up something you've gone and spent over $100 on. Then google local timber suppliers and check their stock, I've found slabs of camphor big enough to make two bodies for less than $30.
