FV-1 pickguards

Does anyone on the very off chance know the if the pickguard dimensions on the FV-1 kits are similar to any of the Gibby or Epi models out there. I'm looking to have a custom pickguard made for my kit before it arrives if possible, but I'll gladly wait til it arrives and take some measurements if I need to. Just wondering if anyone has any insight.

I don't have either guitar, but just from looking at pictures the body and pickguards of the G or E versions have different dimensions. As the Gibbos have glued in necks, the neck, and therefore the bridge is actually further up the body than in the FV-1. If you want a different pickguard you may have to get a blank and cut one yourself, or get a quote from Pablo to see what he can do for you.

When the kit arrives, make a card board template of what you want , send it of to Pablo and BLAM! done
