    Update:

Just checked the postal-tracking of the stuff I ordered from The stratosphere, and according to it, the stuff departed Changi, Singapore yesterday and was processed through the clearance agency, estimated delivery is on Wednesday 24/01/2018 next week.

    Update:

Well the 24/01/2018 came and went but nothing turned up in my mailbox, I did however receive a message to contact the Depot on my mobile phone, got in contact with them and apparently they couldn't deliver the parcel for some reason and they asked me to confirm my address, which I did, they told me that they have rescheduled the delivery of the parcel for Monday next week.

    Update:

Monday came and went, and no parcel was delivered at all, got in contact with the Depot where my parcel is and they reckoned that the driver couldn't deliver the parcel because they couldn't find my address, so the delivery was rescheduled for today, the person I spoke to on the phone at the Depot got me to give them my home address, phone number, and directions to my address, they said that the driver would call me to let me know when they are on their way to my address, so far haven't heard from them at all and it's 9:14am.

So, that's three times in a row that my parcel has been re-scheduled for delivery, there's a chance that if it can't be delivered today, I may have to go and pick it up myself....starting to get a bit mildly annoyed about this cause I have a few other things to do today that require me to leave my flat, but I can't till the parcel gets delivered.

Is Marrara some suburb in Darwin?

Seems odd that your package from the USA went via Alaska and Korea then China and then Singapore.... Nearly all I've got from the US went via LA and Sydney... one went via Brisbane...

Sometimes the Oz delivery of Carriers such as UPS and DHL is handled by local couriers, who sometimes are not as "customer focussed" as the bigger players. Nothing more frustrating than seeing "processed through your local delivery hub" and then waiting a week for local delivery.

Yep, as Sonic Mountain said, Marrara is one of the Suburbs in Darwin, there's a small venue there called the Pints Club where they have the First Sunday Blues jams, been there a few times, anyway, not counting last Saturday and Sunday, the parcel is at least 5 days overdue on the delivery, it's now 12:52pm and apparently the Depot, where my parcel was being held, schedule parcel deliveries from 6:00am till about 1:00pm, the parcel still hasn't been delivered to my flat yet so it's looking like the person who's supposed to be delivering it can't find my address, might have to call the Depot and see if I can arrange to pick up the parcel in person, but might have to do that tomorrow cause I may be getting a visitor.

That’s definitely true where we live. UPS is useless for us, but the local delivery guys for DHL are amazing

It's even more frustrating when they don't bother to update the parcel-tracking, or even let you know where the delivery car with your parcel is, or if it's on it's way to your house, or give an expected delivery time, it's a typical example of how much trouble a communication-breakdown can cause, whether it's deliberate or accidental.
