Essentially, you can start by just wiring it as per normal (basic layout like
this). With the volume push/pulls orientated with the lugs facing down: output left lug, pickup middle lug, ground right lug (run a ground wire from the lug to the tab on the top of the push/pull).
For the coil split component you just have to connect the series link of the pickup (the two wires linked together, usually white and red) to the left or right middle lug on the push/pull switch and then a ground wire to the lug below it (closest to the pot). The connections will look something like this but with the ground ground going to the top tab on the switch (first image I could find):
(your pickups probably have black as hot and green as ground, it's just to show where the switch connections go)
The switch body is connected to the pot body so you can just ground all your connections to the tab at the top edge of the switch, if you get what I mean.
