    Hello!

    Hi all...

    My name's Joe and I've been playing guitar for about 2 years now. Since late 2016 I have developed an interest in how an electric guitar actually works and how they're built. I would love to create my very own kit guitar that suits my tastes, I think it would be a fantastic learning experience. I've joined this community to share with you my journey of building a kit guitar and to also seek advice from the incredibly helpful and experienced members of this community. Thanks for reading.

    Hi Joe and welcome. We're hear to help answer any questions you might have.

    If you want to create your own guitar based on an existing kit, the PBG can do a reasonable amount of variation on a kit with a custom order, though it will take a few months. If you just want to build a standard kit guitar but have it in your own colour scheme, and your choice of pickups and hardware, then that's fairly straightforward.
