NGD - (another) Fender Strat

I have a problem.... but I do love a bargain!
So I snapped up this USA made Fender strat!

The guy had it advertised as a 1999 American standard strat in Aqua Marine metallic.
Once I got it in my hands I started to question a few things about it, there was no doubt that that it was a fine instrument, and legit... so I pulled it apart.

After gathering evidence (neck dates, body routes, capacitors, ect ect, it actually turns out this is a very early 90's strat! which would make it Gun Metal Blue, It's so quintessentially strat sounding as well, I'm a happy camper!

Not bad for less than $1000.

Precisely, especially when I plug it into my Marshall amp and crank it up, I'll be able to exact my revenge on my noisy neighbors....lol.
