Great entertainer, brilliant guitarist, played on many hits as a member of The Wrecking Crew and was a touring member of the Beach Boys.

The docco I'll Be Me is on Netflix and worth the watch to get a glimpse of his life and also the tragedy that is Alzheimers Disease.

He had a very diverse career and leaves behind a rich and massive legacy.

RIP Don Williams the "gentle giant" of country music.
