How about the screw holes for tuning pegs too? If building a bolt-on neck kit would you need them pre-drilled too?
Suggest you PM Adam to see what he can arrange. Suspect the easiest thing for him would be to get DB to do it and charge you for the service. On the store site you can see how much is charged to shape a headstock or setup a neck. Plenty of ok drills out there for around $50-$100 if you are confident enough to have a go.

The last kit I bought (TL-1Q) had all the holes pre drilled. Painful for me because I then had to fill them all because I wasn't using the supplied hardware.
