    Nice ageing work there. Don't forget to add some wear to the screw heads - easiest to do before you fit them.

    And don't forget to study the photos and make sure they get put in at the right angles!

    I'm in the middle of the finishing stage at the moment. I have a few coats of amber tinted poly on and the binding and headstock logos are starting to yellow nicely. I think it's pretty close to time to switch to clear coats.

    looking good Cascadia, is there a symbol that goes on the body or its plain black ? getting a nice gloss

    Yes, there will be a worn gold iron cross behind the tailpiece that I haven't made yet. I've printed out a picture of the original to use a guide to cut mine out of a black pickguard blank that I'll paint. There will also be gold vinyl adhesive racing stripes.
