I do like it, but I am not quite sure I'd be sold on it myself.
I may also be a touch underwhelmed because I've seen Somnium's take on it all and prefer it. I think it's pretty much that I love the idea of hotswapping of pickups too much haha
From the video, the sound seems all down to the core guitar, the extra body provides almost nothing apart from looks. As the coare and body are barely connected, I wouldn't expect them to add much to the sound. Maybe if you glued them together then you'd get more vibrational transfer to the body and back again, but that would defeat the purpose.
