That Welsh name would be good for fret markers. I've just discovered how to reply to individual posts.

My Scottish accent isn't much better. People think I'm posh. Couldn't be further from the truth.

Yeah, but not as much fun . Hope that it all goes well - all the best Harry.
Wow Brendan, you might be starting a fight there. Haha. Wales and Scotland are definately not the same, at least if you live there their not.
Its like a south aussie and a victorian. lol. Or American and Canadian. My father in law was welsh(and yes he could say that name) and im from Scottish descent but born in Kent. Its ok though, we got on very well.

BTW welcome Harry, great to have you, you can see everyone here jokes around.

Welcome Mr theHat. I love a nice RC-1 build . For my truss rod cover I bought some single ply pickguard material and shaped my own. Ricky don't bevel the edge so it's pretty easy to do with a file and some sandpaper. Have fun!

    cheers,
    Gav.

Hi everyone. I didn't realise the welcome thread was a continuous thing. My RC1 was coming along nicely until last night. A bit of the laminate got broken at the bridge stubs. I've ordered a Ric copy bridge from Thomann in Germany. It has a chrome plate that should cover the lost bit. Here's hopin'.
