Hey Poida,
you will need a long-ish drill bit, only needs to be about 2.5 or 3mm in size, put something over the body to protect it. Carefully drill a hole into one of the treble side bush post holes and stop when the drill has gone through the block.
Then expose at least 15-20mm of bare wire on a wire, put it in the hole you just drilled and make sure bare wire touches the bridge bush and knock the bush in.
To get the other end of that earth wire get a screwdriver down the F hole and fish it out (or try and carefully push the wire until you can see it in the F hole and fish it out and tape it to the outside of the body. Make sure the earth wire is soldered to a common earth point on the back of one of the pots
Best of luck !

Any tips on how to remove the bridge post stud. The thing the bridge screws into?
Is this what you mean?

Hi Poida, I haven't tried this technique but it looks the easiest way without damaging the finish
EDIT SNAP I was beaten at the POST by Pablo haha same technique too !

Watch out, I tried the screw in the post hole method and because basswood is so soft it pushed the tiny screw into the wood bottom of the post hole. No i didn't have it the wrong way around. Its a bit hard but you need a flat head screw and shaft not too long.
