Being old school you'll probably find the components such as transformers and chokes are much better quality than what you can buy today and it would be worth it just for them
It probably sounds horribly cheesy. EKO weren't a high-end brand. It certainly won't have tonewheels like an old Hammond has, so certainly won't sound like one (and for which you'd also need a Leslie cabinet). It's also only got a few presets, so nothing like as versatile as a tone-bar equipped organ. I'd expect something a bit like a Farfissa sound - if it actually still makes a noise.
There's not a lot of info available on the web about these organs.
EKO organs were made in the same factory (EME was the parent company) as the later Vox Continental organs.
The Cantor organ name was taken over by Viscount - another Italian company who are still going making organs and synths (some of which were branded as Oberheims), so maybe EME morphed into Viscount.
There is just no way I could leave that on the side of the road. Sounds alright if you ask me.
