    Thinline '69

So I may be going blind here, but it seems like there's '69 style thinlines (with single coils and a standard tele bridge) available as pre-made guitars, but the two kit variations are both '72 style (with a pair of humbuckers). Is there any chance of getting the '69 style ones as a standard kit? Or are they there somewhere and I'm just missing them?

Hi G-Axe, I was thinking the same thing just over the weekend. I'm really loving the Dakota Red TLG-2 finished guitar I kept for myself (well, I did buy it) and wondered why we didn't have a kit to match it.

So, I'm going to add some to our April/May shipment. They look so good in solid colours that I'm not going to worry and veneers, ash bodies or other bling options, just a bog standard basswood thinline with chrome hardware.

Outstanding. Might have to put in a birthday order for one. We'll see how much GAS the lady of the house can put up with in the meantime.
