New stain colours?

Hi DB,
I'm not sure if there is an issue with the PM system, so I thought I would check to see how the new coloured stains are looking, or if you had receive them yet.
Looking forward to see what your new green colour is like.

Oooops, my inbox was full...
With the stains, the green I got was more blue than green...
However, I am looking into and hopefully ordering a bunch of water/ denatured alcohol suluable dyes today.
There is a green that would make the Incredible Hulk green with envy

On another note, with the spalt I have on my kit, I was thinking that I will go with just your natural clear stain, but I was wondering if I was to add some black medium of some kind to it could I do a very, very light burst with your stains? I have seen on an Acoustic guitar forum where a guy referred to it as a Moon Burst instead of the standard Sun Burst. It's very subtle.

The new stains will work under colourless DT.
They will be applied directly to the timber, or, mixed into any water based finishes.

You can add some black aniline based dye to the DT, just make sure it is an oil soluable type.
You can email me and we can organise a small bottle of stain if thats easier.
