Hi people!!! new user with questions about the RD-4

Hi, my name is Germán and I´m from Argentina, I´m looking for someone who has worked with one RD-4 kit, since I want to see one finished kit.

I tried using the search tool but nothing, also google, so any help that you can give me, that will be awesome.

This is my idea:

I just had a look through the photo galleries of finished pitbull guitars and it seems that you're out of luck. If there are any finished RD-4's, the builder didn't put any completed build photos in the gallery.

The search function on this board IS pretty lame.

welcome to the forum.

I don't recall anyone building a RD-4 - all I can remember is a 6 string guitar version RD-1 being built before.

order the kit and start a build diary and ask any questions you have there

I´m interested in the sound, and in the "shape" of this bass.

Muzza, yes I saw that with the search tool... vbulleting forums are always with the same issue.

I will be checking some of your builds to see the quality of the kits, since I´m in Argentina, it will be not simple to ask for a "piece change" in case of problems :S

Welcome to the forum.

Not sure if it really helps much, but there is a build diary on the RD-1. http://www.buildyourownguitar.com.au...ead.php?t=4739

There are no build diaries for an RD-4. I wouldn't worry though, there are a heap of guys that can help you with any questions you may have regarding the build.

To be honest I´m looking for the sound of this kit, but I´m checking all the kits and build diaries of other projects and they are amazing, I WANT ONE!!
