One guitar per member per month
It must be a Pit Bull Guitars kit (mods and upgrades acceptable)


We need at least 4 photos:
· full guitar shot from the front;
· close up of the body finish;
· shot of the back of the guitar; and
· close up of the headstock (please, no brand name logos)

Here's my finished ash MKA-2 cricket bat.

The details:
Entwistle P90s
Timbermate grain fill
Colortone burst - Vintage Amber, Red Mahogany, Tobacco Brown.
Acrylic clear
Colortone Vintage Amber neck with TO.
Decal by AndyPort.
Scratchplate by Pabs.
All other hardware original.

IMO those Entwistles really kick ass.

Excellent job Gav and a good start to the Apr GOTM. Very well executed & finished build and like the upgrades. I'm starting to develop an appreciation for cricket bats!

I put some pictures up on the March guitar of the month , so might as well stick them here as March is done and dusted.........my first build and had fun doing it and it sounds great . Took some time to get the neck to the right height but well worth it. No Acrylic used just good old elbow grease and Dingo natural with about 5 hours of sanding before the finishing coats ..... and lots of sweat then the Dingo guitar wax .
