Haven't ordered it yet but will do soon mate, I had a chrome Bladerunner Bridge on my Black Fender Mexican Strat and it did seem to work well, installation was relatively painless cause it was basically a drop-in fit, I'm going with a set of Sperzel Lockers this time round, and I bought a nice Mighty Mite all-maple neck with a satin finish on eBay that's got a 9.5 Inch radius on it, which I want to use, the PBG neck i ordered with the new white Pearloid Scratchplate is going to be a spare neck, I'm going to use all the original Entwistle ASN57 pickups cause they're fine, and all the other bits of hardware on the original pickguard too, hopefully she'll be a good strat once I've finished.
Just realized that I only have three more pages in this thread to go before I get to the 100th page....haha.

I'm just wondering how much of the guitar that was at the start of the thread is still here...the body?

I'm not a fan of Floyds, we'll see how I go with the Strat I'm about to do, when it comes to trems I'm kinda hooked on Bigsby's

Update:
Some of the clear finish on parts of the body didn't dry with a nice glossy finish, so I had been debating in my head what I could do to improve things, I finally decided to try something different, I've decided to sand back the clear finish all over the guitar body and try using some White Knight Clear Gloss Lacquer to clear coat the body, I got pretty good results when I used the Clear Gloss Lacquer on the back of the neck for my Headless Guitar after spraying it with about four coats (I believe, going by my memory), and I found that the Clear Lacquer I used didn't take very long to dry, so, that has encouraged me to try doing that to the Strat body, will see if I can buy some White Knight Clear Gloss Lacquer from the big green shed next Tuesday, will keep you guys up to date, stay tuned.
Note: Doing this is probably going to earn me some time in the naughty warehouse, I'm not really worried about that though.
I just had a bit of a thought, what if I gave my original idea of spray-painting the guitar body a solid gold colour a try after giving it a good sanding-down?, it would help to hide the doweling of the 10mm holes in the body, furthermore, the grain pattern isn't really that spectacular.....hmmmm.
Update:
I'm seriously thinking of re-finishing the strat body in a solid gold colour as per my original plans, just wondering if there is going to be any issues with applying a Lacquer based spray-paint to the body over the remains of the DT Coolangatta Gold?, I'm assuming that it'll probably be okay if I first give the body a spray all over with some wood primer, then give the primer a light sand, and then spray paint it.

Update:
Woohoo!!! The new White Pearloid Scratchplate I ordered for my Strat has turned up in the post just a few minutes ago, hopefully I'll be able to get the Strat back up and running in a playable condition soon....feeling pretty excited about this.
Can't wait to be able to play the Strat through my Marshall amp......hehehehe.
Doc I thought this build already had a white pearloid pickguard ? It's been so long since you finished it I can't remember
page 97 can you milk this thread for a ton ?

Yeah it did, but when I went to install the Floyd Rose trem on it I had to cut-away some of the plastic from the original Scratchplate to provide clearance for the bridge, I'm changing the trem-system back to a traditional style Strat Trem, but it's going to be the Gold SuperVee Bladerunner Bridge this time, if I kept the original White Pearloid Scratchplate there would be too much of a gap between the sides of the bridge and the Scratchplate and it wouldn't look good, so the original one had to be replaced with a new one.
Hahahaha....yep, I'm trying to milk this thread for all it's worth, aren't I, whatever it takes to get to the 100th thread page...lol.
I guess that serves myself right for not learning my lessons, doesn't it mate?.....hahahaha.
Here's a pic of the new 22 Fret Mighty Mite Strat Neck I'll be installing on the body of my Strat:
I'm also going to go with a set of Sperzel Locking Tuners, like these (6 In Line Staggered Height):
And the Bridge, a Gold Super Vee Bladerunner:
