Yep that's exactly what I have and I've used it hard for about 5 years now. Works fine.

Too easy, just make sure when you use it to keep it moving, don't let it sit too long one spot as, depending on what compounds you are using, it can 'burn' the surface. Also, let the buffer do the work. It should just rest on the surface and you guide it - you shouldn't need to push down on it, another good way to get burns or break throughs.

All over it my dude. I use a calico rag wheel on a bench grinder at work to polish acrylic, unfortunately way too aggressive to polish paint, but I'm familiar with the technique.

The one that comes with it is fine for cutting with. But for the final polishing stages a decent quality lambs wool one is the go. They are around $20 each at autobarn and I get a fair bit of use out of them before they are too clogged. There are some good synthetic options as well.
I usually put the whole thing in a shopping bag when I'm not using it to stop dust and crap accumulating.

i use theses there killer for guitar i use a 18v and a 14.4v cordless drill and cheap comes with the arbor which is good quality its my go to polisher for guitars the polisher you posted spins to slow to cut the paint back and you need faster to get that glass finish

i also use my Bosch gex 150mm random orbit with sponge pad but there pricey comes with 125mm soft pad and 150mm pad

also have a Hitachi 9" polisher with lambs wool but the lambs wool leaves swirls which the sponge wont which is the best but way to fast for the small body
