    I am doing a wipe on poly finish. After a couple of coats this is how it is coming up. I am pretty happy with it so far. I got a couple of parts that is slightly thicker but I suppose a bit of light sanding should flatten it out.

    I have installed a graphite nut, rosewood truss rod cover and began the polishing. The headstock is getting there slowly.

    Well it was nearly finished. Unfortunately my house was broken into and the oxygen thieves stole my build...

    Really sorry to hear that mate. I’ve been through a similar situation before and it’s such a bad feeling. Since I live in Brisbane too I’ll make sure to keep an eye out for it as I’m constantly looking at gumtree etc
