That Wile E. Coyote clip is piss funny![]()
I can identify with some of his brilliant schemes . . .
Anyhow, the PW saga continues with a "dress rehearsal" fit up today (see pics)
As expected, the neck inclination needs adjustment. I'll do this by planing the neck heel slightly until the angle is right. Otherwise, the neck is bolted on nice & perpendicular/centred to the bridge - yay.
Still some more wiring & switch mods to do for the audio setup. Still some minor toys to add. Still need to complete the "cap" which is clear acrylic sheet trimmed with ally siderails.
The end is nigh . . . . .

Well if this doesn't win GOTM for sheer audacity and creativeness then what hope do the mere mortals amongst us have?/<\\/p>[]<\\/p>/Quote from maxaxe on March 29, 2014, 18:58

Brilliance! 8O
Max. It's astounding. I can't believe how pinball-ish it is. It reminds me of my misspent youth. The way you have incorporated the pickup is genius also. I think DB has hit the hammer on the head in that it will definitely go viral. And why shouldn't it? What a build, man!
Superb Max. This is a work of art. Can't wait to see her play with lights and all! What an amazing stage presence it would have!
cheers,
Gav.

Great ambition with a superb result...
So good Max! Please tell me you're going to have a ball floating around in there.
'As long as there's, you know, sex and drugs, I can do without the rock and roll.'
OOOh YEAH!
This is stunning MAX, I know you're not finished but, I hope you've planned to put some artwork on the sides too, traditional stencil stuff.
