    screw on tuner heads broke off.

    The screw holding the machine head on the E string has broken off. On top of that the machine head itself will not keep the string in tune. I need to remove it. Any ideas.

    ES-1G ground wire

    Just wondering if I can solder the ground wire from the bridge stud to any of the pots? Or does it have to be the bridge volume pot as per the wiring diagram.
