yup.. i have.. and while i do think it's sturdy enough i still don't recommend it. i think i may change it on mine.
the thing is.. because of the curved back it's going to hang away from you on the...

you could make a "feature" out of that stripe in the middle... as in actually paint a stripe over it making it look like it was your intention all along.. maybe even do another couple of stripes..

EMG does make some that i found though both in active and passive.. dont like the look of em though for this...
the kit came with 4 identical pots (i did check) there is a pic of my wiring on page 1 or 2 of this thread. .they all work the correct way round so no probz there.. i used the schematic i found on...
